Good sleep. It’s essential.

We know very well the difference between waking after a deep and restful night’s sleep vs a night of tossing and turning. We spend roughly 1/3 of our lives sleeping, yet we rarely talk about how to set ourselves and our space set up for a delicious night’s deep sleep.

This session will include a short yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice that you may enjoy enough to include in your own night time routine.
