This gentle and informative workshop explores the many forms grief can take, strategies to help manage our own grief, and ways we can support others on their grieving journey.
Grief is a natural and necessary part of life and is not limited to bereavement or the death of someone we love. We can grieve many things, many times over. While there is no right or wrong way to grieve, learning more about grief can help soften its edges and support understanding, growth, and connection.
This session will be facilitated by Erin Griffin, an End of Life Guide committed to bridging the gap between clinical and community care around death and dying. Erin will be speaking openly about death. If you are not feeling resourced at this time, that is completely okay and you may wish to skip this session. There will be other opportunities.
This session is for general information only.
Spaces are limited. Please RSVP before 6th May to secure your spot.
