The purpose of this committee is to ensure the organization meets the components of the Communicating for Safety operational plan, monitoring and performance schedules, and provide clinical governance for delegated elements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Communicating for Safety Standard, second edition, and the National Standards for Mental Health Services, specifically actions:
Carer experience required: We require a Carer with lived experience of care through Royal Perth Hospital or Bentley Health Service who is passionate about the importance of internal communication within a hospital network. The successful applicant must have a strong understanding of patient centered care, and the challenges faced by patients navigating their way through a hospital stay, particularly patients with complex comorbidities.
Royal Perth Hospital Executive Boardroom OR online via Microsoft Teams
1 meeting every second month for 1 hour and 15 minutes
3rd Tuesday of every second month between 3pm and 4:15pm
East Metro Health Service
