Dr Kien Chan from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital will do an online presentation on “Delirium Care”. Delirium is a common condition in frail older adult, with short term and long term consequences. This talk will look at how carers can recognise delirium, help with improving delirium outcome, and the importance of monitoring and prevention.
