AKG Carer & Consumer Representative Pool
AKG are looking to establish a pool of representatives that can engage in adhoc activities as and when required. These may be one off or short-term projects, activities, audits, inspections or workshops.
They would also extend opportunities to carers who can give more time and arrange best fit committees which will be scheduled regularly. These can be discussed to fit around the carers interests and experience once recruited to the pool.
Experience of the health service as a carer, family member, friend or patient is desirable, however, an interest to provide your voice to make service improvements on behalf of the community is the most important.
Armadale Health Campus or Kalamunda Hospital. In-person preferred however some meetings can be online via MS Teams.
