To improve disability access and inclusion for people with disability at Fiona Stanley and Fremantle hospitals across the 7 DAIP outcomes.
Carer experience desired: Experience caring for a person with disability, especially in relation to accessing services provided by the hospitals.
Fiona Stanley Hospital or Fremantle Hospital. Microsoft Teams is also an option.
Thursday, every second month, plus option of assisting with audits once/year for approximately 2 hours. Ongoing basis.
